Aribibi gusano
Curiosities: The fruits of this very bushy plant are very lumpy, resembling insect larvae. The name depends on this very characteristic. In fact, in Spanish "gusano" means worm.
Fruit characteristics: The Aribibi Gusano chile pepper plant grows and develops in the form of a sapling, reaching 50 cm in width and 70 cm in height. The fruits have pendulous habit and a characteristic shape similar to "insect larvae"; they can reach 3-4 cm in length with cream color when fully ripe.
Pepper Maremma recommends it: Medium pungency chili pepper with a mild, non-invasive flavor. Very good paired with baked prawns and shellfish in general. We also recommend it on cheeses and cooked vegetables
