Description:

Mix of No. 4 glass vials containing chili powder with custom box with convenient removable vial holder; chili peppers are dried at low temperatures to keep the characteristics and fragrances unchanged. Single vial size: 5 cm height 2 cm diameter with silicone cap and fir wood dispensing stick.

CAROLINA REAPER

Fruit characteristics:

With its pungency it reaches over 2 Million Scoville Units. The fruit is red in color with an end resembling the tail of a scorpion. It reaches a length of 3 to 5 cm. The taste of this chili is fruity, sweet, with hints of cinnamon and chocolate.

Pepper Maremma recommends it:

Because of its extreme hotness, we recommend using this chili pepper to create ultra-spicy sauces and recipes. Just a small dose is enough to season large quantities of food and dishes. Definitely try it for an exaggeratedly spicy super noodle.

 

HABANERO CHOCOLATE 

Fruit characteristics:

The pendant fruits ripen from green to brown, and ripening occurs late in the season. The chile pepper is fleshy, similar in size to a golf ball. It can reach 5-6 cm in length and 3-4 cm in width. The flavor is very intense and pleasant.

Pepper Maremma recommends it:

Because of its flavor, it is particularly suitable for seasoning spicy desserts and creating delicious chili-flavored chocolates. Delicious is also its combination for all those dishes cooked in sweet and sour that enhance its typical chocolate flavor.

 

HOT LEMON 

Fruit characteristics:

The size of the chili varies from 4 to 7 cm, the color is deep yellow, and the surface is smooth and even. The main characteristic of this chili is its strong aroma. Medium to low spiciness, those who taste it can no longer do without it.

Pepper Maremma recommends it:

This type of chili goes very well with white meat dishes, grilled or roasted fish, and fish carpaccio. In midsummer you can also use it to make fresh, not-so-spicy Mojitos.

 

AJI COLORADO

Feature of fruits: 

The Aji colorado plant looks like a small shrub that can reach 70cm in height and about the same size in width. The smooth, elongated fruits with pendulous habit can reach 10-11cm in length and vary from green to red when fully ripe.
Pepper Maremma recommends it: 
This chili pepper is particularly suitable for making delicious tomato sauces, making it ideal for topping pasta or pizza. It is also excellent on red meats for palates that love spicy but not excessive. In summer we recommend it sprinkled over mozzarella and fresh cheeses.

Always skeptical about the spicy taste, I almost disinterestedly approach the Pepper Maremma stall during a market, where they were also making spicy mojitos and gin and tonics that day. I decide to put my faith in him as the guy seems to know it and with a friend of mine we taste both cocktails. What can I say, D E L I Z I O S ! By now intrigued, I let myself be convinced to taste the rest of the products which I found really interesting and delicious and now in my kitchen there is never a shortage of chili peppers because like black, it looks good on everything! Feeling the need for something electrifying, I bought Pepper Maremma's grappiccante. Pepper grappa dosed to perfection, initially the grappa releases its flavors and in the finish you feel all the unique aroma of the pepper. A ME-RA-VI-GLIA...
